Our video production internship program provides up-and-coming videographers with the opportunity to get significant production and post-production experience while making an impact for the public good.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
Active student in a film/video or closely related program
Proficiency in video production equipment from grip gear to cameras & lens combinations to gimbals & stabilizers to drones to lighting to audio microphones & recorders, and any other equipment needed to produce high-quality films
Must have own videography and photography equipment (or access to equipment)
Understand basic and advanced composition techniques and lighting
Proficient with Video Editing Software
Desire and talent to rapidly create various types of video content, from film-style garden tours, to client interviews, to marketing ads, to vlog style shoots, to Youtube style educational content, to video podcasts, to before and after garden construction videos, and more
Ability to work fast, to ideate and produce a lot of video content quickly
Experience filming outdoor events and editing footage to create a polished finished product
Great communication skills
Very detail-oriented and able to identify quality issues in audio and video
Flexible schedule with the ability to occasionally work nights and weekends as needed for events (scheduled in advance)
Must have reliable transportation (Location: Northshore MA.)
Responsibilities:
Document in-garden education and capture meaningful moments, including photography, videography and audio
Collecting b-roll video footage & photos
Edit high-quality videos for educational and marketing purposes
Finalizes audio tracks to appropriate sound levels and synchronization with video
Maintain rigorous file management and project organization
Will work closely with our leadership team to execute projects from concept through completion
